Glenda holds the position of Professional Development Director with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast; managing the training programs for the company's agents. She is also a certified instructor for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, and has served on Forms Committee for NCR. In 2018, Glenda was named Mentor of the Year, by Buffini & Company, an International Coaching and Training firm. Most recently, Glenda has met requirements with Coldwell Banker to become a CB Star Trainer.
